Had to have a little siding work done. Small job but Maldonado’s took care of it as if it was top priority. That’s what I like to see. Fair, honest, and upfront pricing. Give them a call before you go with another company for housing repairs. He did a great job as well. Happy customer.

Working with Freddy and Maldonado's was awesome! They were attentive, efficient, and provided a great roof on our old house. From estimate to completion we found Fredy effective and very responsive to any questions. And, setting a date to get the job done quickly was amazing- a lot of contractors don't follow-through, but this was not the case with Freddy who was eager to do well.
