Watts & Associates just finished putting a brand new roof on both my father’s house and detached garage in Chapin’s Timberline Estates. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship and a professional team to work with.The previous roof had suffered recent storm damage to the point where a new one was needed. Add to this the impending arrival of Hurricane Florence, just days away from potentially passing over Chapin. Alex Miller found a two-day window of good weather, got his team together, and went to work. He and his team arrived at 7am both mornings and worked late into the afternoon. They were careful with the surrounding landscaping, covering everything with tarps for protection. They used top-quality materials and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. One of the neighbors even commented, "The roof looks amazing and they did an incredible job cleaning up. The supervisor re-walked the property over and over to make sure everything was picked up.” Putting new roofs on both structures was in and of itself a big job, but Alex and his team also encountered a potential setback that could have slowed their progress. They discovered several areas of rot under the old shingles that would require extra time and attention. The Watts team fixed the affected areas and still managed to finish the roof within the time constraints imposed on them.Thank you so very much, Alex and your amazing team, for getting the job done not only on time but with the highest quality work. I know that his beautiful home will be well-protected for years to come.
