I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this was needed. First, I would like to start off by saying I’m a Military Veteran an integrity is very important to me. I chose supreme roofing company to do my roof repairs, I was happy until I find out the estimate wasn’t complete.. I was told something by the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate and things didn’t turn out the way we talked about. I asked for my roof to be repaired along with the ceiling in My Home, where water leaked in at. There was a walk-through in my home where they looked at the ceiling and told me they could repair. However, that was my fault for not reading the estimate incorrectly and not getting it in writing. I’m retired military so I know better however, due to the fact that another storm was coming through I trusted them. Bad decision! The purpose of this review is to warn people about getting everything in writing and NEVER NEVER go by someone’s word. Because it’s always their word against yours. I wish I could post the camera footage of us talking verbally, also I have witnesses, but due to the timeframe, the footage was deleted, but one thing about me. I am a person of honesty and integrity. Oh, and yes, the roof was repaired and it turned out amazing shout out to the contractor that came from Atlanta!! I can’t post the recording, but I have included screenshots to prove I Have cameras around my home.

Then within 48 hours of reaching out Jackson come out to inspect and gave us a great quote. Within a week we had a team out to complete the project and we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and customer care.
