Golden Heights Roofing

After experiencing a roof leak during the heavy rains last Christmas, I had more than 20 roofing companies come to my house to evaluate the problem and give me proposals for a roof replacement. I ultimately decided that the best approach would be to replace the underlayment (tile relay) of my roof while keeping the existing concrete tiles. Many companies gave proposals that were not cost-effective, and a few even recommended replacing my concrete tiles with shingles. Fortunately, many roofers were honest and recommended keeping the concrete tiles, which made much more sense. Once I understood the best approach, I narrowed my decision down to a few companies. The price differences were significant—some companies were charging extremely high amounts. While I believe most of them would probably have delivered good work, it was clear that several were simply overpriced. In the end, I chose Golden Heights Roofing, not only because they gave me the best price, but also because they provided the most comprehensive and transparent scope of work. I worked directly with Yogev, and he was always responsive and professional. Because of another series of rainy days, the project couldn’t start immediately. During that time, I experienced another leak. I contacted Yogev, and he immediately sent one of his workers to install a tarp over the roof to prevent further damage until the project could begin. That level of responsiveness meant a lot to me. Once the weather improved, the team started the job. Every single worker who came to my house was professional, respectful, and extremely hardworking. They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. They cleaned the property every day, kept everything organized, and maintained great communication. I also received daily pictures showing the progress, which I really appreciated. Broken tiles were replaced, rotted wood was repaired, and everything was completed within the price we originally agreed upon. Yogev fully honored the contract without any surprises. I am a physician (gastroenterologist), and in my profession I strive to provide the highest level of care to my patients. I recognize and deeply appreciate when I receive that same level of professionalism and dedication from others. Golden Heights Roofing delivered exactly that. I am very happy to recommend them and would gladly refer them to anyone who needs roofing work done. If you are reading this review, you can feel confident that this is an honest company that delivers excellent work.

Our house needed a new roof for insurance purposes, so we obtained several quotes and met with representatives from different roofing companies. Each explained their services, but none truly stood out at first. One day, while walking down our street, I noticed a roofing crew working on a neighbor's house. I was amazed by how professional and efficient they were. I saw the company name was Golden Heights Roofing, so I contacted them and later met Tom. He explained the materials and the entire process very clearly, and I immediately felt this company was trustworthy, and I was right. When the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard from morning until sunset. We were truly impressed by their dedication. Having built two ADUs in recent years, along with many country cottage renovations, we understand how construction work usually requires a lot of time and patience. However, with Golden Heights Roofing, we didn't need either. Their work was fast, highly professional, and very well organized. They were considerate, respectful, and cleaned the area around our house thoroughly after each day's work, so well that it was even cleaner than before. Now we have a beautiful, shiny new roof. If you are considering a new roof, I highly recommend contacting Tom at Golden Heights Roofing. You won't regret it, you'll be completely satisfied with both their work and your new roof.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Golden Heights Roofing for a roof replacement project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They provided a thorough inspection of my roof, offered a competitive quote, and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and my new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend Golden Heights Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
