I am so grateful for HD Roofing and construction. After being told by our insurance company they would not cover the cost Nathan came out and did a walk through and began to advocate that a new roof was the only way! He spoke to the insurance company, provided clear and honest information for us on this new experience! Job was done in 1 day and pictures were sent of our beautiful new roof. I contacted three roofing companies within ten minutes one day in June. One company called me a week later, measured the roof in July, and has yet (February) to call me with the quote. One company was dismissive of me and said they'd call when they were able to--which was October. Then there was HD Roofing. Nathan responded to me within an HOUR of my initial call. He did his measurements, and he spoke honestly with me about the status of our roof. He worked closely with me, patiently giving me time and answering my questions. Can’t say enough about the service I received from Nathan Bolton. Answered on the first ring and was professional and informative from the get go. He came out to check on my room the same day and laid out all my options in the table. I learned a lot from him from his visit.
