I had a problem and did not know where to start. I had a water leak from the last rain storm. from the ceiling was was coming through the light fixture, so I assumed it was from the roof. Anthony came over and gave me an evalluation and Anthony put me at ease. l am glad I called him
Anthony and Oscar are AWESOME to work with!! Stand behind their work and don't disappear like most companies do once job is complete. Oscar even followed up with me a couple months after project to make sure everything was to my satisfaction which I thought was a great sign showing they truly care about their clients!! Rise roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were quick to getting with me with a fair estimate and they did great work on my roof. They ensured they cleaned up their mess when leaving as well.
We engaged this company to perform repairs on our roof, but the work completed was not satisfactory. The roof continues to leak, and a fallen rafter—which should have been properly addressed—was shingled over instead. Additionally, the team cut a hole in our interior ceiling in an attempt to locate the leak and did not return to complete the necessary repairs. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we have not received any response. Based on our experience, we are disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of follow-up.
First off, I was impressed with Rise Roofing’s marketing skills, we have a 3 story townhome and it was difficult to tell if we had any damage from the recent storms. Rise roofer provided a drone image of our roof and left it on our door. We were going in circles with our insurance company and so we decided to just get a quote from Rise. After comparing quotes with our neighbors, we found that Rise had the lowest quote. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast. We worked with Brad and he was AMAZING. He walked us through the insurance process as it was our first time putting in a claim and had no idea what to do. Since we decided to move forward with paying out of pocket, Brad was still communicative even after getting our business. Everyday he called us to give us a status update on the process. They replaced our roof by end of business. Brad was also onsite to make sure the job was being done. We would recommend Rise again and again, which we have… ask the 5 neighbors on our street.
