Steve came by after our initial call and had an estimate in hand 10minutes later. Our scheduling worked out perfectly and within 10 days of my first call I had a completely new roof installed.Steve and Joe were friendly and professional. They answered any question i threw at them, I felt happy and secure throughout the whole process.Lastly, my new roof looks fantastic!!!!! A1 work by A1 guys!!Would highly recommend!
Steve was very easy to deal with. He came over to my house promptly and inspected my roof well. He provide very useful feedback so I could figure out what I needed to do next. Great communications. Friendly service. Reasonable cost. I would 100% call Steve again next time I had any issues with my roof.
Steve is really honest and trustworthy. We had a skylight issue and he offered advice for a couple things we could check ourselves, then was able to come out in a timely manner to assess the situation himself. We ended up having him replace our big skylight for a very reasonable price and he took extra steps to make sure the install was done right. He fixed up a couple other little issues that he noticed on our roof too. That was 2.5 years ago and the skylight is still perfect. We were really grateful to have found Steve!
I had a roof put on my covered deck by someone that leaked, Steve came out and had a look and went on the roof and sealed a few nail holes to see if it would stop the leak and would not charge me, he said just see if it fixes the problem so I would not have to put out more money. I had also had someone else look at roof previously and was told it was not done well so I asked Steve to replace so I would not have problems down the road. As suspected, roof was extremely poorly done the first time. The quality of work and finishing done by Comox Roofing to replace roof was above and beyond my expectations. I don't recommend alot of places, but would highly recommend this company for the quality of work done. Thank you Steve for bringing me peace of mind and a beautiful job done!
