Their representative, Jose Reyes, was exceptional from the very first inspection through final completion. His honesty, professionalism, and deep knowledge of both roofing systems and the insurance process made all the difference.Jose recommended and oversaw the installation of Class 3 impact-resistant materials, including Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration 30-year laminate shingles, full underlayment, ice and water barriers in all valleys, and the proper starter course around the perimeter. The crew also replaced all flashing and ventilation, and they completely redid the flashing around the fireplace chimney and the electrical service entry. Every part of the job was done with precision and care.What truly stood out was Jose’s expertise with the insurance side. He knew exactly how to communicate with the insurer, what documentation they required, and what their responsibilities were. Because of his guidance, we saved significant out-of-pocket costs. His integrity and advocacy were evident at every step.The crew worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, kept the job site clean, and delivered a high-quality installation. We had a great experience with these guys. They were very quick to asses, provide a quote, and offer a game plan. They showed us what was necessary today vs. what was optional and preventative, and provided a very reasonable price. I would highly recommended them.
We had most of our roof replaced by White Rock Roofing in December. No one WANTS to get a roof repaired or replaced, but when you have to have it, the process should go just like this! They responded to our inquiry immediately and were out to do a quote right after we made contact. Julio worked out how to work around the gutters without us even asking for that consideration, and that saved us money on the project. We really appreciated that they were able to talk to us about their recommendations without assuming we knew anything about roofing! Until you get information from someone who doesn't do this, it's difficult to appreciate how helpful this is. They got us scheduled quickly, and they finished within the day just as promised. The crew members were kind and friendly. They cleaned up so well, even in the dark, and then Jose was back the next day to walk the perimeter and do it again. Here is a perfect example of their attention to detail and customer service: When Jose realized that one vent didn't get painted to match the newly installed vents--EVEN THOUGH this vent was an OLD vent, on a section of roof that White Rock Roofing didn't replace--he sent someone to paint it the next day, so all hardware on the entire roof are the same color. We can't recommend White Rock Roofing strongly enough.

We had our roof replaced in October of 2023 with White Rock Roofing. Jose, our rep, was awesome in going through the entire process with us and the Insurance company. We were completely happy with all aspects of the transaction. So much that we also had them rebuild our leaky back patio and raise the ceiling on our attached sunroom. Their team was professional and did amazing work! It’s crazy how little changes like raising the ceiling, new paint, adding in a few more can lights can improve the quality of your everyday life so much. We highly recommend White Rock Roofing for anyone needing their roof replaced or any other construction/renovations needs.
