I noticed a water leak in our ceiling and assumed it was going to be a costly roof repair or replacement. The roof was 25 years old so it was due for replacement. I contacted a few local roofing contractors who had excellent reviews. JLP Pro Services was one of those companies. They came out immediately to inspect the roof. They detected some wind damage and recommended I submit a claim to my insurance company. After I submitted the claim they took total ownership of the process of working with my insurance company to successfully cover the cost of the roof replacement and repair of the interior water damage. They also included replacement of all of our gutters and sky lights. The work was performed quickly and looks great. Their crew was very professional, hard working and friendly. The new roof carries a 50 year warranty.I would highly recommend JLP Pro Services for any roofing problems you might encounter.
We had a great experience with JLP replacing all of our windows and siding. John and Brady were extremely easy to work with, communicated clearly, and stayed true to their word from start to finish. The crews showed up on time every morning, worked full days, and completed the project on schedule.We found JLP after doing extensive research, including multiple bids and interviews with other contractors, and we’re very glad we chose them. I purchased my house 2 years ago knowing the roof and siding was at end of life. The house was built in 2006. I saw their work from a neighbors house up the road and immediately called JLP.I spoke with Paul and set up a meet to get a quote. Paul was extremely precise in what was going to be needed, timeline and pricing. Within 2 days I had the quote and it was very fairly priced for the options I had chosen.The crews were great! They had my roof done in 3 days and at the end of each day they cleaned and used magnet rollers all around the house (I have 5 dogs and that was extremely important to me). The guys picked up on 1 of my roof panels that had a pretty bad bow to it and they replaced it immediately.The siding crew was unreal! They went above and beyond and pointed out where there should have been flashing and it was never installed from the build. The siding crew was here about a week and cleaned everyday and were great at explaining what was needed. We decided to redo all the gutters(some needed to be repaired) and they came in with a very fair price and the crew were here for 2 days. I have already recommended them to friends that are looking to have work done.JLP exceeded my expectations. You can feel confident in their work.

He handled the tough part taking weight off my back and communicated perfectly with me from start to finish (10/10 Paul!!). The crew was friendly, professional, and really took pride in their work. Everything looks great, and they made sure to clean up completely when they were done — you’d never know they had been here except for the brand-new roofs. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!
