I called A+ roofing hoping to get on their schedule to have some repairs done to my roof I was uncomfortable doing myself. After speaking to their office, I received a call from one of their technicians, James. He said he would be at the house in 5 minutes to take a look at the job. While he was up on the roof doing the inspection, he had the tools to complete the repairs, so he verified with me that he was good to complete them while he was up there. Then sent follow up pictures showing the completed product.From the time I called the office to the time the repairs were complete was under an hour. A+ roofing will definitely be my go to contractor from here on. Excellent customer service, and outstanding work and communication from James.I would highly recommend.
The performance was above and beyond our expectations. Out of all the roof experiences that we have had in the last 30 yrs, this one with A+ was outstanding! Patrick, the supervisor, explained the process and answered all of our questions. I have never seen a supervisor work so well with the crew. Patrick was with the crew the entire day and was the last one to leave our property. The crew worked very hard and was very courteous. They completed the job in the timeframe promised and the cleanup was meticulous. It was a bonus when Patrick came back the next day to double check for nails and make a final property inspection. If you want extraordinary service, look no further!!
If you need your roof replaced, I'd go with a different outfit. The BARE MINIMUM was used for our roof vents, which just meets code. A lot of other companies are restricted to use these roof vents as they do NOT allow any airflow. A1+, like some other companies use laborers from another state to finish the roof as fast and as possible. And of course they don't speak English which makes it difficult to communicate any issues.Additionally, they did NOT put in Braun vents for the bathroom vents as they should have. They would have made more money from the insurance company.Strongly encourage anyone needing a roof to go elsewhere. I would recommend to NOT do business with A1+ Roofing and Siding.Customers should not have to make calls 6 years later to address issues with a roof replacement when it should have been done correctly the first time!
Amazing customer service!! A+ Roofing and Siding were quick to answer my call and give me an estimate. I needed some of my siding replaced and they were able to get me on the schedule within two business days. I am very happy with their work and will be going to them for any future roofing or siding needs!
Patrick was an excellent sales person. He presented all of my options and any potential issues the might arise during the installation of my roof. Due to the sever cold spell experienced the last few weeks, he kept me apprised of the situation, and was ready to go once there was a window of opportunity to get the roof done.The window open this week and on cue his crew was ready to go and showed up at the time he said they would be there. They were actually early and knocked out the whole roof in one day.As Patrick mentioned with his original consultation, there might be a need to re-sheet the whole roof with new plywood. This turned out to be the case. There was also an issue with my front gutter that required the crew to fix the facia and eves to allow the gutter to be hung properly. This was all done in the same day.The following day another crew showed up to replace the aluminum facia and re-hang the gutter and fix some of the siding issues that had occurred from the derecho a few years back.Patrick, the crew and A+ did everything as promised. I am exceptionally satisfied with the professionalism and execution of the replacement of my roof, siding and front gutter.I give A+ and Patrick the strongest recommendation if you are in need of a roof or siding.William Hall 2/16/2026.
