All I can say is A+. We had Roof Drs. complete tear off and roof installation this week. Justin was our point of contact from the start to finish. While a roof is a big project, he made the process a breeze. Great communication, bid was performed same day and in the process of the bid he even changed a boot that was wide open to prevent further issues, he kept us informed and answered all questions that came up. Even after job complete and payment made, he made extra effort to timely get invoices my insurance company requested. The crew was professional appearing and focused on the job at hand. They took care to move and put back all my bird feeders and yard decorations…and to date not one nail left behind, impressive clean up (trust me I have been looking). In the future we plan to do siding and decking, yes they do this too! We will only work with Rood Drs. for our next project! Thank you to the crew, office staff and of course Justin, we love our new roof.
Excellent company all around. Brandon Cruz is great! He helped me out when another roofing company failed to know the laws and code and he was able to straighten it out. Highly recommend calling and asking for him! Shingle selection was really good. The crew came out, were fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
We recently finished up a large project with QC Roof Drs. Justin Morris did a fantastic job helping us bring our vision together. We did a roof, siding, windows, and doors. Justin did a great job of keeping us informed and stayed on top of the project start to finish. Very happy with Carlos and his team as well, they did a great job and paid attention to every little detail.
