Dry Tech was an awesome experience. Its always great to support a Dayton-local company with family values! Matt and his team was very professional and transparent from the get-go.Matt initially came out to my house and looked all around and got underneath the roof to look for leaks from inside the house. He then provided a very fair estimate before leaving. I had already had two quotes and his was the best. They also have plenty of financing options through Wright-Patt.The team completed the job as soon as the weather allowed. The whole crew was fast, respectful, and professional. Owens Corning roofs are the best and that is what Dry-Tech uses.The gutters were what truly separated their estimate from other companies. Two companies quoted me a higher price for smaller gutters with less of a gauge.Upon completion, Matt checked on the house to make sure everything was good. Communication was top-notch the whole time. Nick was also on site the whole time to supervise the job, not just wait until it was completed and return.I highly recommend Matt and Dry-Tech to anybody that needs house repairs.
Andrew and his team were fantastic! We've been having issues with excessive heat in our attic for years. In the last 10 years I've replaced the exhaust fan twice. I decided to Google "attic fan installation" and came across DryTech with their nearly 700 5 star reviews. I contacted them and Andrew came out and did a complete assessment. He ended up recommending 4 "turbine vents". He let me know that due to the weather it might be a some time until they could do the job. Once the weather got warmer I was contacted with an installation date. (They also have an app to communicate through.) Once the crew came out they worked quickly and discovered an issue with my bathroom exhaust fans. They gave me a price to take care of those (no pressure), which I agreed to. I'm happy to report that it seems to make a huge difference in the attic. I'm very happy with them and plan on using them for some other exterior work soon.
I was very pleased with my roof replacement by DryTech Exteriors. Mr. Hugo Popper (DryTech Exteriors lead manager) was actively involved in all phases of the project to ensure the work was executed correctly and timely.The initial inspection was very thorough (both on the roof and in the narrow attic). Mr. Popper identified problem areas and was honest with the amount of damage found and what it would likely cost.The extent of the roof damage and issues created by outdated construction codes required a total roof tear off including the plyboard underlayment.In my case, DryTech Exteriors was able to complete all the work in one day. A supervisor showed up the morning of the installation to ensure all the roofing materials had been delivered.Multiple teams worked in a very coordinated fashion to ensure the work would be completed correctly and on time. I was very impressed with the amount of quality work done in such a short time. These crews work very hard. Having a new roof put on is a very noisy event be aware that things in the house might fall (like pictures etc.)Mr. Popper, conducted a follow-up after the inspection to ensure everything was up to standards. He also wanted me to contact him, for any questions or concerns I might have post installation.My overall experience throughout the entire process was fantastic. I would highly recommend the services of DryTech Exteriors. They have a great team of folks who deliver a quality product on time.
We were so impressed with DryTech. They just reroofed our church and did an amazing job. From the quote to the cleanup, they impressed us. We felt the pricing was fair, we were always in the loop, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. When the job was done they did a thorough walk through to make sure things were done right and that we were satisfied. I highly recommend DryTech Exteriors.
I found out that my roof needed to be replaced right after my husband passed away. Hugo was so compassionate and he was truly a blessing to work with, and Collin was so helpful with navigating the insurance. And although I didn't get all their names, Gabriel and the other gentlemen who actually installed the roof were very careful and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Dry Tech Exteriors did on my house and shed roofs. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.
