The day after a heavy downpour where I identified a roof leak and internal water damage, Esteban was over at my house at 2p (after answering a call at 10pm the night before). I thought the pricing was very fair. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Would highly recommend!
I had my roof repaired by a different company three years ago. The roof starting leaking into our living room and when I called them back, they were out of business. Prime Roofing came to the rescue. From my initial call with Jaden, to Esteban supervising the work, they were courteous, knowledge, respectful, and performed quality work. They explained the work they were doing, as well as pointing out things that were incorrectly done causing the leak. I hope I don't need them again (haha), but I have their info saved in my phone just in case. It's hard to find a trustworthy contractor nowadays, but I found one in Prime Roofing.
Needing a roof repair is frustrating. We had a roof leak. Prime roofing came out within hours of calling them on a weekend. We didn’t deal with a representative, we dealt with the owner Esteban.He reviewed the damage and within 48 hours had a temp replacement over the damaged area. This was a relief as it happened when we were having several spats of bad weather.He listened to us, explained our options to us. While here they helped us file our claim. In the ensuing weeks they helped us go back and forth with our insurance company to reach a fair claim settlement. He talked to them, emailed them and sent them documented photos to show the damaged areas and make sure our new roof met code.They offered financing if we needed it. We had good estimates of the cost right from the beginning.When they came out to do the work, they completed it in one day. They were respectful of the property and when finished went around the several times picking up debris and nails. At the end of the day it was as if they were not there, except for the new roof.The price was very fair and reasonable. They wanted to make sure we were happy with the job and had reached a settlement before we made any payment arrangements.Going through a roof rebuild is not a fun process and I hope I don’t ever have to need one again, but if I do I know I would call Esteban and Prime roofing.
Great company to take care of your roofing needs! I needed the work to done fairly quick, and within 2 weeks they had me scheduled in, and took less than 2 days of work. I had the new roof and gutters finished. Very professional crew members that care for your property, to make sure nothing is damaged. Cleaned up all debris from the job. I highly recommend Prime roofing for any and all of your roofing needs. Even if it is a small patch to a full roof replacement. I had a full roof replacement on my mobile home.They where very quick with their response. As well as communicated everything along the way and kept me in the loop. They also took photos and videos to show me what was going on and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.They keep you completely involved in the whole process and treat you like family. Also wants the job's done they do a walk around with you and make sure you don't have any other questions and make sure that you're completely happy and satisfied with the job.I cannot recommend them enough. They are definitely the people I will go to for all my roofing needs.
