We had an excellent experience with AdamRudell and River City Roofing. They worked with our insurance and us to deliver a high quality roof and upgrade in our gutters and downspouts. I would highly recommend giving Adam a call for any roof or gutter needs.
River City Roofing had been recommended by my insurance agent. We had them come out a couple of years ago after a hail storm but they found no damage. However, Aaron impressed me, so when we had hail and a tornado came close we had them back out to assess. At every step, Aaron did what he said he would do; He was on time, he emailed and texted on time. Once he had assessed the roof he submitted info to the insurance company and it was approved not only for a new roof, but gutters also (I wasn’t expecting the later). We had to reschedule due to weather, but once they got going their crew were efficient and polite. They cleaned up well and then a few days later Aaron came out for a post install inspection. A couple of months later we had to have a new HVAC system installed which needed a different type of vent/duct on the roof; A simple text to Aaron and he came out the next day and worked with the hvac guys to install them. I can’t speak more highly of Aaron and his team. Thanks.
Working with Brendan on my total roof replacement was a breeze. He worked with my State Farm agent to get it 100% covered, and I didn't pay a cent over my deductible. So happy to be rid of the old style roof vents. My new roof looks beautiful and I'm feeling a lot better about weathering storms.

Rick Geahr did a wonderful job for me. He worked with my insurance personally and made sure they saw the damage to my roof.
