My recent experience with USA Roofing and Gutters has been nothing less than PERFECT!From the moment the outstanding Project Manager, Beau Berry, came to my home to inspect my roof for damage and saw my replacement through until the end I have been highly impressed. Beau went over every process and explained all the details of replacing my roof showing me the materials and discussions of what to expect with the team that would be replacing my roof. Beau guided me in how to properly file a claim with my homeowner's insurance as well as being on site with the insurance adjuster for inspection. The team that replaced my roof were top notch, working diligently nonstop, very respectfully, and clean up was great! During the replacement Beau made a point to come out several times to make sure everything was on track and ask if I had any questions or concerns during the installation. After the job was completed, Beau returned again to inspect the roof and walked around my home searching for any nails that could have been overlooked from the cleanup. Thank you, Beau Berry! They did a Great job on my roof and also repaired my screen on my back porch. Very honest and kept all their Promises with my Repairs. They worked with my Work schedule to make sure I could be at home with my animals while repairs were underway also so My animals didn't freak out, and that's a Huge Plus!
