Greg has come for roof repairs to our concrete tile roof multiple times since 2017 for different unrelated leaks/concerns. He also replaced a leaky skylight for us in 2021. The new skylight, which is solar powered and opens easily, has been a joy have in place because it cools down the house very well on the hottest summer days. All the work done was prompt and his advice was always thorough and detailed. He always send lots of photos so you know exactly what he worked on and why. I highly recommend them. (I'm not sure if I should mention that I had a few other roofing companies look at our roof back in 2020 - and they all told me my concrete tile roof was way too old at 35 years old, and definitely needed replacing in max 1 or 2 years. Well, that's not what Greg told me... and a few repairs later, it's been 5+ years and the roof is still great. No major issues. I will let you decide who may have been the more honest professional.)

Don't think twice - work with Greg! As a new homeowner, I have very little experience and knowledge about repairs and maintenance. I needed to get some roof work done which a lot of roofing companies were declining. Greg responded to my quote right away and while he declined the job as well, he was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get the work done. It is clear he knows his stuff and is patient and helpful - even if he wasn't going to get anything out of it. If he would have accepted the job, I would have loved to have him work on my roof.
