The main factors were skilled handling of our insurance claim, very precise but fast with installation of shingles and a very thorough cleanup. Joe’s crew also fixed our fence and stained it. I can't say enough great things about my experience with GBR, and Joe Currin. Probably the most professional company I have ever had doing work at my home. Joe was very clear and specific with his communication on all work to be performed. He was extremely consistent with keeping me up to date with scheduling and any changes. There were never any surprises during the entire process. The workers took unbelievable care to protect my property during the process. This is a great roofing company! They have fixed my dead valley leak in my roof.a couple years ago. Also came out today to remove ice from the ice dam that caused water to move up under shingles. Very prompt and very courteous. I first tried them after a recommendation I had a couple years ago. I dealt with Joe. Thanks for listening and the great service and the advice about better guttering I would recommend them if you need a new roof or repair.

Trevor C. arrived very promptly and provided photos and a detailed explanation of the work that was needed. My repair job was scheduled right away and was completed very quickly and thoroughly. Every aspect of working with GBR was professional and pleasant. Trevor was excellent at communicating and following up. We will be using them again in the future for our roofing needs.
