I really wanted to have a good experience with North Texas Roofing, but it turned out to be stressful and disappointing. My insurance claim was denied, and despite promises that they’d help get it approved, there was very little progress or communication.

Kurt seemed nice at first, but after the initial inspection, it was hard to get updates or clear answers. Weeks went by with no follow-up, and in the end, nothing was resolved. I still have the same damaged roof and a lot of wasted time.

I expected a company with such good reviews to be more responsive and professional, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
