The high winds separated 4 shingles, the roof inspection identified 9 additional shingles that were loose or damaged.I got 2 estimates, Texas Legacy was the most responsive and promptly scheduled a date to make the repairs. I called on Thursday, they repaired in Friday, and it rained on Saturday.The team members are expedient, thorough, efficient, communicate well, and affordable.I could not have made a better choice than Texas Legacy and I highly recommend them for your roofing experts. Evan came out to assess a concern with my roof. I'd had 3 other contractors out previously to assess and give me bids and each one wanted to sell me an extensive repair job. One of them still hasn't sent me a bid as promised and that's been 3 weeks ago now. Evan with Texas Legacy came out right on time as promised and offered a completely different perspective. He assured me the roof needed no repairs. He did provide photo evidence that 6 of my 7 plumbing vents need replacing because the rubber gasket/seal was rotted away. The other roofers only said 1 or 2 were bad, but Evan's photos showed there were 6 that were bad - which I subsequently verified. I appreciated his integrity and asked what he'd charge to replace all 7, and he was reluctant because of a minimal service charge. His bid to do the work was still competitive with the other 2 that actually provided bids for that part of the work - and I knew I could trust Texas Legacy. Evan was fantastic and his team were great to work with. Two days later they showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up and I'm thrilled. Even better, now I know who to call when I eventually do have a major roofing problem. Already recommended them to my neighbors!
