We enjoyed our experience w/ Big Roofing. Dave came out to our house immediately after a storm damaged our roof. He applied tarps to protect the damaged areas until our insurance agent could inspect the damage. Dave walked us the procedure w/ the insurance company & answered all of our questions on replacing our entire roof. The work was completed in a professional manner in one day. We had a great experience with Big Roofings Dave Weaver. We had difficulty finding the cause of a leak that was letting water in through a can light in the kitchen ceiling. Dave identified the area and completed the repair right away. We haven't had any leaks since. Dave was great to work with.
Had a referral from a good friend, needed a whole roof replacement due to damage and age. Had the nice fella at Big Roofing come out and we had an estimate very quickly. All within about a week we had a whole new roof put on the house and they were even able to call an audible on the fly when we saw after tear down that the OSB underneath also had to be replaced. They still were able to tear off and give us a whole new roof within the day. Wish I had pictures but they were lost on an old phone. The roof looks phenomenal and not one single nail found in the yard or driveway. Their attention to detail is amazing, but most importantly their Guest Service is top notch and second to none. Big Roofing is the pinnacle in their line of business, we recommend them to everybody we know. Next up Gutters! Give these guys a chance you definitely will not regret it.
