Everyone at Aesthetic Roofing was very professional. From beginning the process with Ben through handling the insurance pathway with Ann to the installation process with Nick, everything went smoothly. It took some time for the entire process to work through itself but that was from the insurance company. Everything was explained thoroughly regarding the process and possible upgrades without any sales pressure.The installation occurred in about 6 hrs with everything cleaned up very well. Best experience! They are respectful, patient and explain everything. They really took care of us. Liz was on the ball with every question and step along the whole process. Nick came to our house to show us all the options. They didn’t try and upsell anything but let us make our decision based on our experience and financial limitations.They worked closely with our insurance company to get the whole roof covered. The crew came and prepped one afternoon and had the roof done the next day before 3:00. It’s excellent work and they were meticulous about the clean up. No trace left behind in the yard.I would recommend them to my parents kids and cousins!
Aesthetic Roofing knows what they are doing and does a great job! I highly recommend.I am very pleased with my roof installation. I was really surprised we could get it done in January, but when the day came the weather was perfect (at least until about 5 PM). They came with a big crew and it only took from 8-3 to do the roof. They spent another hour cleaning up and inspecting. My old roof had issues and I knew there were going to be plywood that needed replacing. They sent me photos of the damage and what they replaced. It was nice to see from the pictures. They didn't just replace with full sheets, but instead only cut out damaged areas (this reduced cost as the charge was per sheet).
Troy did a great job of explaining the process of getting my new roof replaced by my homeowners insurance. Things happened EXACTLY as he said they would. He gave an expectation of around 4 months between dealing with the insurance company and getting supplies ordered for the roof. This consultation was on October 23rd.And today, December 9th 2025, my new roof is now installed! However, I did pay an extra $199 for priority scheduling (which I highly recommend)Everyone I dealt with at Aesthetics were prompt and professional. Stockton, who wrote up the material order was good at educating me on how I wanted my new roof configured, and he wasn’t a pushy salesman trying to upsell me. He was very transparent.Liz was my CSR and was great at getting back to me regarding the scheduling of the install.I’m so glad I went with this company. I’ve had many knocks at my door regarding roof replacement. I’m glad I went with Aesthetic.Oh, and they left no trace of construction materials.
Aesthetic Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the shingles and underlayment on my roof! It started with Logan who’s friendly and professional service helped me to get the ball rolling with the help of my insurance company, which company was Allstate. I was later pleased to have worked with Liz and Ann from the office, and Nick as my project manager. Once the project started I met some of the crew who removed my old shingles and underlayment in less than a half day. Once the inspection of new underlayment was done, they used the remainder of the day to complete my new roof. They were clean and professional. As a former general contractor, I was impressed. Ultimately I got to meet Zac, the owner of Aesthetic Roofing. He too was kind and professional! Everyone was great! I would definitely recommend Aesthetic Roofing to anyone he is wondering if they should go through them. I’m very happy with a job well done. Thank you Aesthetic Roofing!!
