I had Legacy Roofing replace my roof in 2011 on my rental property. I just had my first difficult eviction on that home and the neighbors reported that the tennant was on my roof all the time and my fear was that the roof would be a mess from all of the unnecessary foot traffic. I got up on the roof and cleared off toys, shoes, and a bunch of garbage only to find that the roof held up great. It looks like it was installed yesterday! I am grateful for the quality roof install using great products that protected my home. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing!
They will not try and sell you windows or doors with their roof. They are consultants that specialize in roofing with W-2 installers not sub contractors that show up in unmarked vehicles that are paid to hurry through the job by the Square. I am only getting one roof for my house and I want the best.

Legacy was a truly professional experience Their estimator, Ryan, was on time for his appointment, explained the Legacy process. He sent me a professional and detailed photo summary of my roof’s condition and proposal for replacement. Our Project Manager, Dre’, met me for pre construction and detailed what to expect from permits, delivery of dumpsters, non shingle materials, and the porta potty, arrival of the installation crew, safety and quality checks. Dre’ stayed on top of the job right through final payment. Jose and his crew showed up every day and were on the roof by 7:30am and worked until dusk. They dried in everything they exposed during tear off and cleaned up the site everyday before leaving. I cannot recommend Legacy any higher. They are pros. Ed Allred
