Isaac was forthcoming and open about everything and very help with choosing what colors and types. JD was again open and transparent as to what was going to happen. They set times and were actually there when they said. The installers were also very friendly and professional while installing. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. Everyone was very attentive in responding to emails and texts. We would HIGHLY recommend using Patriot for roofing needs.
Patriot Roofing’s bid was a significant savings compared to other bids received. I was very impressed with how effective their roofing system and workers performed. The work was completed in three days on my large and complicated roof and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them.
I got several bids and decided to go with Patriot Roofing because Jeff helped me understand and feel comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for the actual construction part, the crew worked really fast and got my roof done in one day. They were nice guys. However, I think because they completed it in one day, the clean up wasn’t done very well. I am not providing 5 stars because I picked up over 20 nails (still find some here and there), and small pieces of shingles are still littered around my yard. There was a wing bone from someone’s lunch my dog found and tried to eat. (That’s a problem because a cooked bone could have killed her.) The nails are a problem because I have two young kids who like to play outside, aside from the fact they could pop our tires. Those were my only issues. They laid down tarps to make sure they collected the most amount of debris, but then at the end, just blew off the areas. I have cleaned up the mess as time goes on but just to make others aware, the clean up job might not be up to your standard, unless the crew gives themselves time to do a good job.
