The Roofing Contractor recently completed a roof replacement on my home. The project manager and superintendent were courteous and listened to my questions and concerns and were prompt to communicate and respond. The install crew also was great to work with. They worked hard, and followed safety protocols. At the end of each day and at the completion of the project, they did a thorough clean-up and removed all trash. First class service all the way around.
This roofing job was done to an absolutely high professional standard. The price, product, knowledge of and adherence to code was complete and superbly performed. They corrected any needs and kept me informed. Everything they said they would do was done. Crew was extremely competent and professional. No shortcuts were taken. The salesman was very accurate and involved in the whole process. The foreman was atop of all activities. The crew worked very hard and were thorough n their duties. They took extreme pride in the work. My roof looks amazing. The few cold spots from needed repair were addressed, as well as the other the bigger issues. All items are no longer there and my house is warm and dry. The office was in contact throughout the entire program. Simply put this experience was incredible.
The Roofing Contractor was so easy to work with. After I received hail damage they came over right away to look at it. They determined I needed a new roof and worked with my insurance company to make that happen. I barely had to do anything. They communicated everything clearly, came to my house to help me pick out shingles, and did everything they promised. After the roof was installed the crew did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves as well. Highly recommend them if you need roof work done.
The installation crew was thorough and focused on details. They moved all items close to the house that might be damaged by the install. Shingles were methodically installed straight and even. Clean up was left as they found it and maybe cleaner. Our 4500 square foot house took two days. The process from proposal to completion was handled by professionals who checked in regularly with the customer and their crews. I would highly recommend this company!
They did an excellent job removing two layers of shingles, removing old evaporative cooler and installing new shingles. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and even tore down and hauled away an old shed (for a small fee). I could not be more satisfied.
