We had two estimates to replace our 15 year old roof, both reasonable and within a few hundred dollars of each other. Both companies had good front facing representatives to answer my questions., provide samples and timelines. So how to make a decision when you can't compare the finished product on your home? I chose Pioneer because a close friend had Pioneer replace her roof last year and she was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the workers and in particular with the company representative, Chris Adkins. My experience echoed hers. Chris was a wonderful partner in this whole process. Chris is honest, professional, dedicated and a delight to work with. The crew took off the old roof and replaced it with beautiful shingles - all in a day, and despite winds up to 40 mph! Chris even came back after the workers left to personally make sure nothing was left behind. I have not found a single nail or old shingle anywhere. I did notice that our downspout was damaged in the process of replacing our roof, sent Chris pictures, and he was immediately responsive., saying he'd send someone out to replace the downspout. Then we had an unexpected 3.5 inches of snow. Once the snow melted, Chris personally came out to our home and replaced it himself. I cannot imagine better customer service, or the quality of the roof. An outstanding experience all around - highly recommend!

I drive through Plain City multiple times a week, and saw a "Pioneer Roofing" van, and decided to call the number - and I'm so thankful I did!Pioneer's communication was refreshingly friendly and professional --- and the quality of work was outstanding. Surprisingly, they were also VERY fairly priced. They roofed my house and garage. Not only do they look beautiful, but they came with a great warranty and I now have peace of mind that there won't be any further damage due to minor leaks.These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their work. If nothing else, they are worth your time getting an estimate from.
