This company was great!! We had their employee Doug help fix the deficiencies on our SBS roof that another company left us with. Doug was very knowledgeable, fun to chat with and very efficient. I knew the company was very busy, but they were able to book us in and finished the job. Very impressed! Thanks Cory and Doug!

We had our roof replaced approximately 3 years ago with rubber shingles. They have a 50 year warranty. We have since had a leak and we reached out 4 times by phone and once through e-mail to request someone to come and have a look at it. All 5 times, we received no response whatsoever. We were also told by phone that someone would contact us within 1 day which obviously never happened. We paid our bill, but once they have your money, it is evident that they do not stand behind their workmanship. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

In response to your comment, I cannot say which dates we called but can assure you that we were told our concern would be escalated by all 3 women and that we would be contacted the same day. We e-mailed you through your website. Our invoice is # 202000786. I apologize the roof was done in 2021 not 3 years ago as I said above.

We had several quotes for Euroshield Ranch Lands, Iron Shield had the best quote that included replacing the rotten plywood if required (specific size). No other company included that.

I wanted Euroshield as it's manufactured in Alberta, and its a one time roof. I wanted the thicker rubber tile as it has a much better edge profile from the street.

The product is excellent, there were a few installation issues that were noticed upon inspection of the job from the roof top. Mark was very professional and rectified the issues to my satisfaction.

I'd definitely recommend the Euroshield product, as it maintains a high quantity look from our previous cedar shakes.

Iron Shield Roofing went above and beyond to make my new roof installation experience a smooth one. Being that I needed a special low slope torch on membrane roof, I knew not any roofer could do it and I needed to find a roofing company with experience and expertise on the process. Iron Shield not only provided me with exceptional quality and customer service, but they did it at a competitive price.
The project manager Dave was always quick to respond to all my questions and concerns and the boys who installed the roof were kind, respectful, and demonstrated the professionalism I needed to see on the roof of my home.

We were very impressed from the onset with the knowledge of flat roof repair by Anthony who estimated the job, then by the early start and the communication of each step. Chris was our foreman who was not only present every day of the job, but easily the hardest worker which is saying a lot because this crew worked very diligently. Cole, Jerry, Trish, Daniel and Eddy worked extremely hard, were friendly, and Chris made sure all their stuff was put away each night, cleaned up the whole area every night, stayed late if necessary. They were as quiet as you can be on a roof job, except for the odd outburst of song(don’t quit your day job, you’re clearly better at roofing)
We had a mess of a previous roof job and were so afraid of a repeat, but we had constant contact with Dave (operations manager-who also knows a ton about flat roof) and Anthony who also visited the site to go up and explain the problem areas (not just because of an extra cost).
We have to say Iron Shield was great to work with. The before and after photo tells its own story.
