Done Right Roofing Folsom CA

I bought this house as a bit of a fixer-upper knowing the roof was one of the things that would need attention. When the time came, I did my research and Done Right Roofing Folsom CA kept coming up as a top recommendation. The first thing I noticed was how different the house looks from the street. The new roof completely changed the curb appeal. Several neighbors have commented on it. Even months later when I had a quick question about maintaining the new roof, they responded to my email the same day with helpful advice. I caught a leak early because my cat kept staring at the ceiling in one spot. Took me a while to figure out what she was looking at. Called Done Right Roofing Folsom CA and sure enough, problem found and fixed. My wife was as impressed as I was, and she's usually the skeptical one. That says something.

My mother-in-law kept bugging us about the roof looking rough. Turned out she was right - Done Right Roofing Folsom CA found several problem areas when they came out to inspect. They didn't try to push me toward the most expensive shingle options. They actually recommended a mid-tier product that would work great for my needs and budget. I called three other roofers for quotes before Done Right Roofing Folsom CA. One never called back, one no-showed the estimate, and one gave me a quote that was outrageously high. Done Right Roofing Folsom CA was like a breath of fresh air. They protected my gutters and patio furniture with tarps. Little details like that show they respect your property, not just treat it like a worksite. I needed the roof done before we put the house on the market. They understood the deadline and made sure we hit it with time to spare. Five stars, would recommend, all that good stuff. They earned every bit of it.

My son helped me research roofing companies online since I'm not so great with computers. He found Done Right Roofing Folsom CA and set up the appointment for me. I'm grateful he did. I asked a lot of questions about materials, warranties, and the installation process. They answered everything thoroughly without getting impatient or condescending. I was impressed that they installed a synthetic underlayment instead of the old felt paper. They explained it's more durable and provides better protection. Those details matter. The whole project was less chaotic than I expected. They had a system - materials staged in one area, dumpster in another, and they cleaned as they went instead of leaving a mess. the crew was the foreman and he checked in with me a couple times throughout the day to update me on progress. That kind of communication goes a long way. When the time comes to do the garage roof, I already know who I'm calling. Loyalty goes both ways.

With a baby on the way, my wife and I wanted to get all our home repairs done before life got even busier. The roof was at the top of our list. Done Right Roofing Folsom CA worked around our schedule perfectly. the crew showed up right at 8am like they said they would, introduced themselves, and walked me through the game plan for the day. Really professional from the start. At the end of each day, you couldn't even tell there was a roofing project happening. They cleaned up all the debris and secured everything before leaving. The difference between a good roofing company and a great one is in the details. Done Right Roofing Folsom CA is definitely in the great category based on my experience. Shoutout to Done Right Roofing Folsom CA for being straightforward and professional. Those qualities seem rare sometimes.

We just moved to CA about six months ago, and finding reliable contractors has been a challenge in a new city where you don't know anyone. Our realtor recommended Done Right Roofing Folsom CA and that turned out to be great advice. They said the job would take two days and it took exactly two days. Crew arrived at 8am both mornings and wrapped up around 5pm. Right on schedule. Having worked with Done Right Roofing Folsom CA, I now understand the difference between a contractor who just does roofs and one who actually takes pride in their craft.
