Peretz Roof Repair and Replacement

A great roofing contractor with strong attention to quality and detail. The crew was very professional, skilled, and easy to work with throughout the whole roof project. They used high quality roofing materials, including durable shingles, ridge caps, starter strips, and clean edge work, and the workmanship gave us a lot of confidence in the finished roof system. What stood out most was how well they handled the extra roof repairs, including the dry rot work, and they also helped with two bathroom roof vent installations as a courtesy. The roof passed inspection smoothly, and the job was completed during a rainy stretch without problems. Their estimate was very competitive compared with several other roofing companies, and it saved us a lot of money. We first noticed their work on a nearby home, and it was great to see the same level of solid roofing craftsmanship on our own house. We are very happy with the results.

After another roofer missed a few appointments, I found good reviews for a roofing company on our neighborhood page. Brian came out the next day after my call, quickly located the roof leak, and clearly explained what was causing it. He even made a temporary roof repair right away to stop the issue immediately. He also showed me a few other spots around the vent pipe flashing and nearby roofing areas that could become problems later. A few days later, I received a very reasonable estimate to repair several areas on the roof, and the price was much lower than I expected. The work was completed soon after, and everything was handled in a professional and efficient way. The whole experience gave me real peace of mind. Great roofing service, fair pricing, strong communication, and a team I would trust again for any future roof leak repairs or roof maintenance in El Dorado Hills.

They were quick to respond to our first call and gave us a fair quote for the roofing work. The crew of five was friendly, professional, and worked very hard from start to finish. They removed the old roof, installed the new roofing system, replaced the rake boards, and added a new skylight, all while keeping the job moving smoothly. They also handled extra exterior work by removing some cedar shake siding and installing new flashing when we asked during the project. The cleanup was excellent, and the whole job was handled with care and attention to detail. We were especially impressed with how organized and efficient the team was, even during a long workday. Brian, the supervisor, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and kept us updated throughout the job. After seeing the quality of their roof work and exterior repairs, we felt confident asking them to help with another home improvement item as well. We would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, flashing, skylight, or other exterior home repair services.

after a strong storm in el dorado hills, our roof took some damage. since our old roof was over a decade old, my wife and i decided it was time for a full roof replacement with new shingles. after checking out a few different roofing companies, we chose peretz roof repair and replacement. they had solid ratings and good feedback from other customers. i'm really glad we picked them. brian was our main contact, and he kept us updated and informed the whole time. the crew finished the entire job in just one day, and the work looks great. i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof.

we had our entire roof replaced on one house and some smaller repairs done on another, both here in el dorado hills. we got quotes from different roofing companies, but only this crew really impressed us. melvin actually took the time to show us nearby homes he had worked on, which helped us pick the perfect shingles to go with our brick. if you're looking for a professional roofer with lots of experience who goes above and beyond, stands by their work, and is quick to respond, this is the team to call.
