He was extremely detailed in explaining the roofing process, the materials being used, and what to expect. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and craftsmanship these days. 10/10 would use them again.

Watching the old roof come down and the process of the new one going up gave testament to the high quality of labor and materials that went into our new roof. These were professionals. They worked great as a team, making sure all layers that went on the roof were properly and securely installed. All new flashing, waterproof barrier, new skylight and everything else that was installed makes us happy we went with Smith & Ramirez Roofing. The crew cleaned, I mean really cleaned up at the end of each day. (I thought our lawn guy came by.) Five stars to Smith & Ramirez Roofing.

Everything went pretty good with Smith And Ramirez Roofing. I decided to have a roof replacement done., before my roof got much older. I called around, and came across Smith and Ramirez on the Internet. They sent Brady out to give me a quote and he went over what types of shingles they had to offer.. I went with the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, that was the shingle that I researched and I felt it would work best for the high winds in my area, so they scheduled me an install date. They did a good job from start to finish, and the workers that did the roof replacement were very respectful and they cleaned up at the end of each day. It only took them a few days to get all the work done.. The roof came out very nice and should last for many years.
Another thing that sold me was Brady’s product knowledge, warranty, and the unlimited wind rating on the shingles. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.
