Theo came out quickly to do a quick fix on the flashing around my chimney that was likely leaking for a while now. He was professional in providing his recommendation and went up on the roof for the inspection before the quote. Because we intend to replace the roof at some point sooner than later we opted for a temporary fix for the season. This fit within our budget and expectation.
