After a strong storm, a heavy tree branch fell on our house, causing damage to our roof, chimney, and siding. We reached out to a roofing company and were connected with Duane, who worked around our schedule to assess the damage. Duane also helped us communicate with our insurance company and provided clear quotes for the repairs. Once we agreed to move forward, Marc took over as the project manager. Marc was excellent at keeping us updated and scheduling the work, even when the weather slowed things down. Like any big roofing job, we had a few small issues along the way, but Marc always made sure they were taken care of quickly. For example, when some nails accidentally damaged our medicine cabinets during the siding installation, Marc brought Robert to help fix it. Even though they weren’t required to repair it, they came up with a solution and restored everything perfectly. We are extremely happy with the end result—our roof and home look great, and the repairs are flawless. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
