I was recommended Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction for my roofing needs in Elizabeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Right from the initial inspection to the final shingle, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Santiago and the crew were always on site, made sure to keep the area clean, and were respectful of my neighbors throughout the project. I’ve dealt with many contractors before, but none have matched the level of dedication and attention to detail shown here. The pricing was fair and the quality of the roofing work was outstanding—my new roof looks fantastic and feels solid. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them to anyone in need of roof repairs or a full roof replacement. After seeing the results, I’m already planning to have them work on my mother’s roof as well. It’s great to know there are still roofing companies out there that truly care about their customers and deliver top-notch results.

A roofer came out to inspect my roof, which is over 20 years old. Even though I hadn’t noticed any leaks, I wanted to make sure my roof stayed in good shape for as long as possible. Walter from their team checked everything over and pointed out some maintenance work that would help extend the life of my roof. The estimate was fair, so I went ahead with the repairs they suggested. The crew showed up right on time and handled all the work with great care and professionalism. Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction handled my reroof project in Elizabeth with professionalism and care. After I accepted their quote and paid the initial deposit, Walter kept me updated about the start date. There was a slight shift in the schedule, but the crew arrived on the new day as promised and got to work right away. The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and made sure to protect my landscaping. Cleanup was thorough, and my yard looked great after they finished. Part of the job included looking at two chimney crowns. Another roofer had told me both needed replacing, but Curtis from the crew inspected them and found that only minor repairs were needed. This honesty saved me a significant amount of money. The roof was completed quickly and looked fantastic. After the work was done, I noticed debris coming through the kitchen vent when I turned it on. It turned out the vent had been shingled over by mistake. I reached out, and although it took a couple of days, Jerome from the crew returned and fixed the issue by reinstalling the vent properly. The only minor challenge was that some of their emails went to my spam folder, so I recommend checking there if you’re expecting updates. Overall, I would definitely recommend this roofing company for anyone looking for reliable and honest roofers in the area.

here’s a revised version of your customer feedback, following your guidelines: after having my roof replaced by chavez & sons roofing & construction, i was really impressed with their customer service. right after i noticed a few nails left behind in my yard, curtis quickly responded and sent the crew back to pick them up. whenever i needed some small fixes related to the gutters, frank and santiago were always easy to reach and made sure i was completely happy with the job. everyone was friendly, professional, and really cared about making sure i was satisfied. they kept their promises and finished the work with a handshake and a smile, which meant a lot. the contract and sales process were clear and easy to follow. my new roof looks great and was finished in just two days. the crew worked quickly and the foreman was around enough to answer any questions i had. at first, i found a few nails and some debris left behind on the roof and in the backyard. but once i let them know, they came right back to help clean up. it can be tough to find every single nail, especially with leaves around, but i appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was. now my family can enjoy the yard again without worry. overall, i feel lucky to have a brand new roof and really appreciate the hard work and care from the crew.

after looking into different roofing companies in elizabeth, i decided to go with chavez & sons roofing & construction. the entire experience was simple and smooth from beginning to end. getting the first estimate was relaxed and there was no pressure at all. santiago, who came out to do the inspection, was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff. he even invited me up onto the roof to show me what needed to be fixed and explained everything in a way i could understand. once i chose to move forward, i was quickly added to their schedule. the team that worked on my roof was fantastic—everyone was polite, respectful, and worked efficiently. they finished the roof faster than i expected and kept me updated on their progress the whole time. when it was time for the new gutters, that crew was just as professional and friendly, making sure everything looked great and worked perfectly. now i have a sturdy new roof and gutters that look amazing. for anyone in elizabeth looking for a roofing company, i highly recommend giving them a call. they offer fair prices, great communication, and really care about doing a good job.
