What customers say
Several customers report workmanship and follow-through concerns: one says flashing at their home had one screw per side and was coming loose, with no response for months; another says a promised roof estimate never arrived after more than a month of waiting; a third advises flat-roof customers to seek an experienced installer and reports unanswered calls. A separate customer says their roof leaked from day one and the contractor was unresponsive, then reports Ken came out and repaired it two years later. An earlier customer says a new metal roof was completed in two days with a courteous, professional crew.

His warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Flashing at our home has one screw per side. He says that is standard. Now the flashing is coming off, and he was contacted several months ago with no response.
Elaine Roberts
We at the American Legion Post 73 here in Enterprise have been waiting for over a month just to get a estimate on the roof of our building. When I do reach home on the phone he says it will be in the next day or two. Never got the estimate so I am not sure I could trust his work.

This man is okay at roofing but he doesn’t keep his word of three year warranty or he doesn’t know how to properly install a roof on a ALL types of roof. If you have a flat roof find someone who has experience, pictures & references. Doesn’t return phone calls or answer phone calls! Beware!!!

I had Ken Miller put in a new metal roof in my home. No only was the roof done in a timely manner, but the crew was courteous and professional. The job was finished in 2 days and I will definitely use them again and greatly recommend them for your roofing needs.
