We had Carlos and his team do the roofing job on our house ahead of our solar install. He and Cecilia were quick to respond, communicated timelines and details clearly, and were very responsive to inquires about everything from bird stop to gutter styles to underlayment.

The Cost-U-Less crew was incredibly timely (always showed up when they said they would), were respectful of our property, courteous, and came out on Sunday to finish off the job ahead of the rain.

My wife has a very keen eye, so we communicated with Carlos we were very concerned with clean lines. Carlos and his team spent the time to ensure the roof met and exceeded our expectations.

I had a question about the underlayment and Carlos went to his supplier to double check it was what was ordered (all on his own to make sure I felt comfortable).

This will likely be the first and last time I purchase a roof. The cost and scope of the job make it nerve racking. Carlos and his team made it more affordable, used the highest quality materials, and went above and beyond to make us happy.

Truly outstanding service. The company was recommended by our solar PV contractor (Ambrose Solar) and did a complete roof replacement for the main house, well house and detached garage including moving some of the vent pipes for PV panel placement, adding some vents that were needed, complete gutter replacement, leaf guards on the gutters, installation of a skylight and solar tube. They also replaced several boards/wood pieces that had dry rot. That in 4 days!

The team arrived promptly by 8am every morning and where very efficient...they all appeared to know exactly what they were doing. Pedro was great as was Carlos, and willing to make minor adjustments here and there where needed. The workers also cleaned up every evening before they left which was important for our Great Dane to not get nails in her paws. And special thanks to Cecelia for keeping us informed in a most pleasant manner.

After they left I walked around the house and up on the roof inspecting the work which all was very professionally done. Thank you for using screws instead of nails on the flashings and downspout mounts and painting over them to match. And, the price was great, a couple thousand below the three other bids I received. We are very happy customers and whole heartedly recommend them.

Carlos and his team were top notch. I’ve had so many contractors and handymen around my house which was recently remodeled. Most of which involves, no shows, delays, messes, mistakes etc. This roofing company was by far the fastest, most hardworking, on time, no-non sense, best price around company I have worked with. Even the secretary was on point for communication. Carlos was on site with his crew and they showed up with big trucks and big equipment and had my roof finished in two days. The second day was just small finishes. He got permits and quotes to me super fast. One thing I really appreciated was that when I discovered I would need a new wood chimney casting because mine was rotten they not only built a new one they painted it! I just had to provide the paint. They went the extra mile for my house and the finish work was very nice.I asked for all my vents to be black to match the roof, no problem! No mess left behind at all. They came highly recommended to me and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Carlos!
