I'm just the tenant, so I can't review price and value. But I can give 5 stars for the guys doing the work and communication with office staff. The guys doing the work were great. An oak tree branch fell and did some damage to the (older) tile roof. The entire process from estimate to complete repair took a few visits. I'm sure that once they got into the repair and inspected the entire 2 story roof, some unforeseen areas were discovered. I have no doubt the goal was to repair and not replace saving the homeowner a lot of money. The guys did a fantastic job with the clean up too. They had to blow the muck from under the tiles and debris off the roof to make a good assessment. Once they were done they took their commercial grade blowers and cleaned off all of our patio furniture, smoker, Blackstone, and the ground all around. Omar was the lead and was very nice and respectful to my family and his crew. Jonathan in the office was great too, always stayed in communication and made sure their schedule would fit ours. We have family friends who have owned and operated their roofing business for over 25 years, they actually live a few houses away. But I am only the tenant here and did not recommend them due to being a new tenant here, I wanted to because I trust them. I can honestly say, I have the same trust with Roofmasters as I do our friend's well known family business.

Aside from the fact that they answer their phone when called, which is already 100% more than others seem to be able to do, they did a great job fixing the roof on my shed and doing some repairs on my house. They got the permit, stuck to their price, and got the job done when they said they would, and did a good job. You really can't ask for much more than that.

We recently hired RoofMasters for a major roofing project at our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. From the start, our main contact Johnathon was responsive and easy to work with, and the foreman Matt focused on timing and quality, and made sure we knew each day when they were going to lunch or finished for the day. That kind of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind during the project.

After the main job was completed, we did a walk-around and noticed a few small items we wanted to follow up on. Without hesitation, Johnathon sent Justin to review their work to ensure everything in our contract was covered and sent a couple of crew members back out very quickly to address everything on our list. Not only did they take care of each detail, but they also went above and beyond by catching something on the shed roof that we hadn't noticed. Where the seam of the tar paper came together, they carefully covered it with cement and sand so the seam would disappear -- a small but thoughtful step that showed just how much pride they take in their work.

We had received multiple bids for this project ranging from just a few thousand dollars up to nearly $60,000 for a complete roof replacement. RoofMasters offered a fair, reasonable price and delivered excellent quality without the upselling or scare tactics we experienced elsewhere.

Each day the crew did a good job cleaning up, and while we did find a few stray nails and screws here and there, it was minimal considering the size of the project. Overall, they left the property in good shape and safe for us to use while the work was ongoing.
