I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. Jordan Amstutz was awesome—he was the only contractor willing to take on the challenge of upgrading my attic structure and working with the City ARB to get approval for the chimney removal on my historic home. He worked closely with my structural engineer to make sure the attic upgrades were done right. He really took the time to explain things and had excellent communication. Super helpful and down to earth. The staff was all really professional and got things done quickly. He made navigating the Strengthen Alabama Homes grant super easy. Overall, the results exceeded what I expected, and I’m really happy with the service!"
Complete Roofing has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end! They worked diligently for months to get our insurance claim approved. Once the claim was approved, they came right out and put our new roof on. Their employees were very personable, qualified roofers who worked from dawn to dusk to give us a beautiful new roof. After they left, you couldn’t tell they had even been here until you looked at our spectacular new roof! Following roof replacement, they dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s so that we quickly received the insurance payments. We now have a new fortified roof. Of course, they obtained the fortification certificate for us, too. You can’t go wrong with Complete Roofing!
Jordan was phenomenal to work with! Every piece of the puzzle to get my roof put on moved so quickly and the kindness he showed me was great! 110% recommendation! I am also a recipient of the Strengthen Alabama Homes grant. Jordan is well educated with the program and respects the process. My situation was a little urgent as my insurance was coming due and I would not be able to get insurance if I did not replace my roof. Jordan took that into consideration and helped move the roof along. Do I feel like he gave me special treatment, yes but I also know that he would do this for anyone. This was going to be my last opportunity to apply for the grant. Third time was a charm, or should i say blessing. Today is August 5th not even a month out of when the grant opened up July 9th and I already have my roof on and the process to get my fortified certificate is already in process. Another thanks to Knockout Inspection for their quickness. So again just want to say 110% would I choose Complete Roofing and I totally recommend them to anyone and everyone! We selected Complete Roofing to do our fortified roof project. We were 100% satisfied with the results. Rudy who met with us first was very nice, professional, and followed up on every detail until the new roof was completed. Jordan the project manager was also sharp and kept us updated during the entire process. The new roof is perfect, was completed in one day, and we are saving almost 20% on our homeowners insurance. Let me add that if you have any special requests, Rudy was very helpful to assist. They left our house very clean and made this project stress free. I would highly recommend Complete Roofing!
