Riley contracted to reshingle our roof and add new gutters.
His crew was timely, did their work efficiently and cleaned up nicely. With our first snowfall we experienced substantial leaking from one of our skylights (which had not leaked prior to this work). When Riley was notified, he asked for a video, which was then provided. He said he would “make things right” in the spring. With every snow melt during the winter of 2024-2025, we again had water leaking and each time I sent another video to Riley.
In May, Riley was contacted and said he would send his guys over. Our roof was finally repaired in late fall. Following this, Riley sent us a partial refund of our payment in compensation for our wintertime problems.

I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.

Jamestown Area needing roof work... Riley and crew were absolutely stellar from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone needing an excellent, speedy job at an amazing price. It's always fun working with professionals who take pride in their job and make the entire process seemless and fun. Top notch.

Great quality and professional work done on a timely manner! Riley was easy to work with and very informative about the whole process. Will be recommending Hancock Construction to anyone who’s looking for a roof replacement! Great price as well!

We were so thrilled with the entire process of getting our roof done. From a simple social media post asking for assistance until the final messages asking how everything was, Riley and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. Riley handled everything and was very accommodating, and talked to us not as a salesman, but as someone who had legitimate concern for our problem. We were happy with the final product, and would highly recommend this company!
