After having a leak from the ceiling after a day of rain, my wife contacted Best Choice Roofing and they were able to come out and do an inspection within a day, Theo was very professional and thorough with the inspection, taking pictures, videos and explaining all of his findings and what repairs would need to be done. He also kept constant communication with his supervisor when it came to estimates and payment/financing with our personal situation. I have had my own experiences with good and bad companies, but Theo definitely sets a great example of what the company stands for and their expectations from themselves with their work, which made me feel good about our choice with Best Choice Roofing.

First the salesman Exzavier was very nice, informative and available anytime we called or texted him. He showed up when he said he would show up and was very hands on something my husband and I liked. The team to start the work was supposed to come that Friday but something happened and the team leader called and left me a message to let us know which we very much appreciated. But bright and early that Monday morning they were tapping on my door 7am to let us know they were here. They started working at 7am and 1:26pm that afternoon they had cleaned up everything and gone. My husband and I are very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them for their communication with us and efficiency in their work. Good job!
