Excellent service. Read the reviews and the company lived up to them. Mr K Locklear was responsive, professional, diagnosed and showed me the issue, providing recommendations. Work was excellent and they cleaned up and left my property as they found it. Truly my kind of service. It was a repair job but I will trust them for the larger job in the future. I called Blue Ribbon Roofing on a Wednesday about my roof that another company left unrepaired. They came out the next day for estimates and my roof was repaired the following Tuesday. Kim was very professional, pointed out things to us that we wouldn't have known. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to our roof. Communication is key and they were all over it. Thank you Kim and Blue Ribbon for showing up and getting the job done expertly and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys! 10 stars!
Tony and his crew did a beautiful job on the repair/replacement on our very steep angled roof. They were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me what needed to be done to ensure the same issue wouldn’t happen again. They worked together with a carpenter to ensure the dormers were also replaced at the same time to ensure proper installation. Great communication and very pleasant to work with. We appreciate Tony going the extra mile to help us navigate the insurance and warranty companies that were involved. I can’t recommend them enough!
