This company is absolutely fantastic! I had to replace my roof, and as I'm sure you know, this is a large expense, and there are so many companies to choose from to do this work. I was very concerned that I might taken for a ride and not even realize it. But, I spoke with Karcher's representative, and he was great! No pressure sales. Walked around the house with me and explained everything they would do. Answered all my questions over the next few days with very prompt and professional replies. I was so impressed that I asked them to include in the roof replacement quote, a quote also for new windows and siding. When, I received a quote from them, I was pleasantly surprised! I originally was only going to do the roof (even though the windows and siding were really needed as well), but after seeing the price, I decided to just go ahead and do all of it at once! The workers were very professional, they were always on time, and worked until the job was done. None of this, here one day and gone then for days or longer! I watched as they did the work, and every single step was done with precise detail - no cutting corners anywhere! And, the project manager that was assigned was always available - often on site with me, and would respond to texts immediately. The final result was really even better than I imagined! Finally, I am not a veteran, but I was happy to support a veteran-owned company. You cannot go wrong with Karcher Roofing! I recommend them in the strongest way.
