Southern Premier Roofing installed a new roof on our house and workshop Nov. 18, 2024. In the process of throwing shingles and debris from our roof they broke the gate/messed up the hinges so that the gate with not stay closed with the latch; we've had to zip tie to keep it closed to keep our 3 dogs in. They also broke the concrete cover over the access hole to our septic tank. In talking with them, they agreed to send us a check to partially cover the cost of repairing/replacing these two things. As of today's date (Dec. 12, 2024), we haven't seen the check for the damages done to our property. This should have already been taken care of without us having to call again. This company is in Raleigh, NC.
Robert and his team are very professional and walked us through the entire process. They handled everything with our insurance to make sure we got the best value for minimal out of pocket costs which was really only our deductible. I don’t know many other places that work with you to get a new roof through insurance. It’s been awesome!
Southern Premier roofing was my second estimate. I am so thankful I went with them. Frank Sanders was wonderful, he handled all the insurance details for me, even meeting with my adjuster. I was out of town during the install so he kept me updated with texts and even video. The process was much faster than I anticipated. The roof replacement was done in a day and it looks great! Jessica and all the other office personnel were also friendly and helpful. This was a low stress situation for me because they handled everything and made it a seamless process. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a roof repair/replacement.
I just hired these guys to replace my roof and I was very satisfied with the results. I mainly interacted with Jeremy, who was very responsive and professional throughout appraisal, construction, and post work cleanup. He provided estimates for exactly what I asked for and gave recommendations without pushing for specific products or tried to sway my decisions. The work crew was expedient, courteous, and did a very good job. They conducted everything according to the schedule without delays and were careful of the surroundings.Overall, I would recommend anyone who need a job done on their roof to contact these guys and see what they have to offer.
