I had work done earlier this year and I am just now getting around to the review. I was telling someone about how awesome of a job they did and it prompted me to come leave my review finally.They were incredible. I had a quote done by them several months before doing any work. When I reached out to hire them and told them I’d need a new quote because I’m sure the price has gone up they told me not to worry and honored the original quote. That was awesome.A guy named Christian showed up. He was awesome. Very informative with what I could expect. His crew showed up and within hours my roof was patched and looking good. I haven’t had any issues since.I noticed after they left that they had left some roof nails on my side walk and when I messaged Christian asking if he needed them back he apologized and didn’t even charge me for the 2nd sheet of wood they used.Bottom line is this was an amazing experience. In the future when I need more work done this is the first company I will reach out too, and I’ll request Christian if he’s available.Great work!
I flew out from Arizona to help my Aunt and Uncle who needed a roof replacement. I met with 3 roofing companies and after meeting Dean I felt comfortable giving him the job! The job was completed on time the crew was great and the job well done. Even though I lived in Arizona Dean kept in contact the whole time going above and beyond making sure my Uncle was Completely Satisfied if I could give 10 stars I would! They did a great job working with me on the financing. The crew was fast and professional ensuring all areas were protected during installation. They did a great job cleaning up as well. If I ever need another roof I’ll make sure to give them a call.
The Roof Mentors did all the leg work to get use a new roof for the cost of our insurance deductible. The whole process was outstanding. The inspection, quote, getting in touch with our insurance, and the representative from roof mentors were here while the insurance inspector saw the damage. Plus, the day of installation, it took 6 hours from start to finish. Left the whole surrounding areas of the house clean.We were in great hand with this company!I wish I could leave more than 5 starts.Best of success!
