I had work done earlier this year and I am just now getting around to the review. I was telling someone about how awesome of a job they did and it prompted me to come leave my review finally.

They were incredible. I had a quote done by them several months before doing any work. When I reached out to hire them and told them I’d need a new quote because I’m sure the price has gone up they told me not to worry and honored the original quote. That was awesome.

A guy named Christian showed up. He was awesome. Very informative with what I could expect. His crew showed up and within hours my roof was patched and looking good. I haven’t had any issues since.

I noticed after they left that they had left some roof nails on my side walk and when I messaged Christian asking if he needed them back he apologized and didn’t even charge me for the 2nd sheet of wood they used.

Bottom line is this was an amazing experience. In the future when I need more work done this is the first company I will reach out too, and I’ll request Christian if he’s available.

I flew out from Arizona to help my Aunt and Uncle who needed a roof replacement. I met with 3 roofing companies and after meeting Dean I felt comfortable giving him the job! The job was completed on time the crew was great and the job well done. Even though I lived in Arizona Dean kept in contact the whole time going above and beyond making sure my Uncle was Completely Satisfied if I could give 10 stars I would! Exceptional Roofing Experience with The Roof Mentors

I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service provided by The Roof Mentors! From start to finish, they delivered a seamless roof replacement that exceeded all our expectations.

Before any work began, Dean took the time to walk us through every step of the process. He patiently explained the timeline, procedures, and even brought samples of the high-quality materials they would be using. This level of transparency put us completely at ease and built immense trust right from the beginning.

The crew was punctual and professional. They completed the entire job on schedule without any delays. Unfortunately, our patio lights, landscaping lights and patio ceiling fan light cover were damaged, but The Roof Mentors took responsibility for these: they replaced the patio lights with new ones, hired an electrician to repair our landscaping lights, and special ordered a new patio ceiling fan light cover. This level of accountability speaks volumes about their integrity.

They even helped us secure a roof replacement loan through their financing partner, making the investment worry-free.

Overall, our new roof looks stunning, and the entire experience was stress-free. The Roof Mentors truly lives up to its name - professional, reliable, and customer-focused. I am thrilled with the results and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing roofing work!

Dennis, Nate, Brandon, Crew and the ladies in the office went above and beyond to make sure my roof was competitive in pricing and installed in a timely manner. They did a great job working with me on the financing. The crew was fast and professional ensuring all areas were protected during installation. They did a great job cleaning up as well. If I ever need another roof I’ll make sure to give them a call.

The Roof Mentors did all the leg work to get use a new roof for the cost of our insurance deductible. The whole process was outstanding. The inspection, quote, getting in touch with our insurance, and the representative from roof mentors were here while the insurance inspector saw the damage. Plus, the day of installation, it took 6 hours from start to finish. Left the whole surrounding areas of the house clean.

We were in great hand with this company!
