Colten Smith is Very Professional, Proficient and Phenomenal! He went above and beyond with his customer service skills of kindness, patience, personal care, understanding and more. Colten made sure I understood everything from start to finish which made the difference with this enormous repair including the sun/laundry room floors and ceiling. The garage received a new roof with the house. The chimney was the last thing completed this week. I personally thank you Blue Ladder Roofing and Colten again for a job well done!

This is a great roofing company!! Colten Smith is so knowledgeable and found hail damage that enabled me to get a new roof through my insurance company. He walked me through the entire process and helped pick the best shingles. He was there every time I needed him to meet with the inspectors. Highly recommend this company.
