Tom was great! Came out did the inspection and got me the quote on spot in about 30 minutes or so. they helped me find financing at a reasonable monthly payment with a good APR. Then set a date; which was suppose to be delayed because of weather but they came out anyways. Tear off, partial re-decking, reroofing in just a day. Really, great people to get work done by!
We built our new home, and Kingdom Roofing was one of the best contractors we hired. Everyone, including Emma, was professional from start to finish, and everything went smoothly and as expected. I would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone.
Great job on the roof. I only had an issue with communicating with the crew. They did not speak English well. They were nice though and got the job done in a timely fashion. They also did a pretty good job cleaning up. Since they worked in the rain and did not stop to eat I took them some hot coco and snacks and left them by their ladder. I think they were happy to get something warm. Call Kingdom Roofing, their staff, Emma in the office is also very kind.
Kingdom Roofing is great! I needed the siding replaced on my house. Kingdom gave me a great price and did an excellent job. My project advisor, Cody, took his time going over everything and making sure he got me the best price for what I needed. The work crew was polite and knowledgeable, communicated quickly when issues arose, and cleaned up so well you would never even know work was going on! Emma was so kind and polite on the phone, checking to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Kingdom Roofing!
I recently had my old roof completely torn off my house and a new roof replaced on it by Kingdom Roofing Systems. I initially reached out to three different contractors and decided to go with the more expensive contractor. Hoping to get what I paid for, a satisfied installation. Plus our salesman Cody was amazing and knowledgeable about the roofing materials. He made us feel like we were making the best decision with his company. My only concern about the job after it was completed was the flashing on the chimney. I researched chimney flashing and none of the installs showed visible nail holes on the outside shingles. I reached out to the company at least three different times requesting a roofing expert come out and address my concerns and put my mind at ease if the chimney flashing was appropriately installed. Almost a month later, no one from the company has contacted me. I’m disappointed with the lack of interest from Kingdom Roofing after I paid a fair price for the project. I would love to make a follow up post after my concerns have been addressed. Otherwise, I am not able to make any recommendations to family and friends.
