Getting a new roof can be a big expense, but these roofers made sure the whole process was hassle-free from beginning to end. The workmanship was top-notch, and the price was very fair compared to other quotes I received in the area. Malachi also suggested high-quality shingles that are built to last, which gave me real peace of mind. The crew worked long, hard hours in the California sun and finished everything quickly, including replacing over 30 sheets of plywood. A few months ago, we noticed some shingles missing from our roof and didn't realize there was even more damage than we thought. From the first call to the finished roof, working with the team was a great experience. Malachi made sure to stay in touch with our insurance company and really helped make the claim process easy for us. While the new roof was being installed, Cameron, the project manager, kept an eye on everything and made sure the job was done right and with attention to detail. After having a metal roof with a ridge vent installed on my home in Fontana a while back, I recently found out that the wood boards under the metal roof should have had bigger cutouts near the roof peak to allow proper attic ventilation. When I took a look in my attic, I realized only a small section was cut, which could have affected how well my attic stayed cool—especially important here in sunny California. I reached out to Best Roofing Company, and even though my installation was done under previous ownership, Malachi, the new owner, was extremely understanding. He didn’t have to fix the issue since it happened before he took over, but he honored the old warranty and quickly sent someone out to make it right at no cost to me. I even received photos of the completed work. While the crew was there, I also got a quote to fix a loose rafter. The price felt a little high, but I understand that costs are up everywhere and my attic is a pretty tight space to work in. I was on a tight deadline since I had an A/C installation coming up, but the team made sure the repairs were done in time. The crew worked quickly and respected my property and pets. Although the workers didn’t speak much English, Malachi is fluent in Spanish and handled all the communication for me, making sure nothing got missed. He was always quick to respond and took care of all my questions. I’m glad to see the company now puts a real focus on customer service and quality roof work.

5 stars I had a fantastic experience with Best Roofing Company when I needed help with wind damage to my roof in Fontana. Cameron was extremely professional and always quick to respond to my questions—sometimes within just a few hours. Cameron also helped me with my insurance claim by providing a clear video of the shingle damage, which made the process much easier. When the insurance adjuster came to my home, Cameron was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Throughout the whole project, I was kept updated about the schedule and what to expect. The installation crew worked quickly and did a top-notch job, even catching the attention of my neighbors with how fast and efficient they were. They took great care to protect my property and did a thorough cleanup after removing the old roof and installing the new one. They even made sure to inspect the area for any leftover nails or debris. The whole roof replacement was finished in just one day. After the work was done, Cameron came back to do a final inspection and double-checked the yard for any materials that might have been missed. After I made my deposit, they were able to fit me into their schedule quickly and got started almost immediately. Malachi replaced all the gutters around my home and also cleaned up the roof, finishing everything in less than two days.
