I was hit by a hail storm. Enrique stopped by and offered to do a free estimate. He showed me photos of the damage that was found and worked with me and my insurance company to get the roof on my house and garage replaced in a timely manner (the actual replacement took less than 2 days). We were also able to upgrade from shingle to metal. Enrique and Justin were always excellent about answering all my questions. The cost was reasonable and I am very happy with the result.
We were very satisfied with the process. Christian addressed our questions and concerns up front, more than once. The roofing materials arrived on time, and the scheduled work began just one day late due to another project taking longer than expected (no problem for us). The work crew was hardworking and finished the job in just one day. The roof looks very nice; we no longer have to worry about things like weather-caused water damage after the roof was evaluated and repaired. We would definitely hire Premier again.

Great to do business with. Our area had 4 hail storms in 4 weeks and wrecked my roof. Premier took care of the paperwork with the insurance company. They were on-site to replace the roof within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The roof was replaced in 5 hours...the roofers did an excellent job. The city inspector was very pleased with the quality of work. Premier cleaned up the area after the work. Premier Roofing will be my first call if this ever happens again.
Our family had a great experience working with this company. We were looking into repair work at a sewer vent with a leak around it, and Sean Barrett happened to knock on our door asking if we were interested in a complimentary inspection after a recent hail storm. It turned out that we had significant damage that easily passed through our insurance company for total replacement of roof, gutters, and downspouts. Sean was with with us every step of the way — conscientiously completing a thorough inspection, being with us as the insurance company completed their own assessment, walking us through color decisions (black shingles, white gutters/downspouts), following up before and after the roof replacement, and scheduling the gutters and downspouts to be installed after we personally completed the repainting of the exterior of our house. Sean was very responsive throughout the whole process, and we were so appreciative of him for being such an easy contact person to reach out to with all questions and concerns. We recommend this company without reservations. We feel like we have a brand new house!
