Mistakes happen, however, a mistake is only a mistake if you dont fix whats broken, otherwise its a lesson. Stonescapes had all the answers and really made me feel comfortable knowing my roofing warranty is through them. JD her salesmanager was like a ray of sunshine. He made every appointment early, explained the process so i could understand it, and arrived on time with materials for the build. My roof was done same day. I contacted Jay at Stonescape to bid on some needed repairs on my metal roof. The bid came back at a reasonable price. I was impressed with Jay’s professionalism and knowledge. So I went them. Their crew came out in reasonable time frame and did an outstanding job. Vincente, the team leader, was a very competent worker. His team went above and beyond my expectations.
Jay was very easy to work with. He kept us informed on what was happening with our claim and was always on top of everything including the insurance company. The workers were very professional and polite. The grounds were cleaned up every day without any damage to the property. Jay handled the interaction with the solar company and stucco repair without any delays. Would highly recommend using Jay in the future.
