As the owner, she is hands-on and fully invested in making sure the job is done right. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered practical recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Mistakes happen, however, a mistake is only a mistake if you dont fix whats broken, otherwise its a lesson. Stonescapes had all the answers and really made me feel comfortable knowing my roofing warranty is through them. JD her salesmanager was like a ray of sunshine. He made every appointment early, explained the process so i could understand it, and arrived on time with materials for the build. My roof was done same day.
