Customer feedback highlights strong communication from the office and field leadership, with schedules and next steps explained clearly. Many note on-time or ahead-of-schedule completions even on large, complex roofs, and courteous crews who maintain a tidy site. Reviews also mention detailed proposals and transparent coordination with HOAs and property managers.

As the Property Manager of The Aristocrat Condominium, I had the pleasure of working with Commercial Roofing Industries on our 12,000-square-foot roof replacement project. From the start, owner Kelly O’Brien and foreman Daniel provided clear communication, professionalism, and excellent leadership.

The project involved installing a fully adhered TPO system with 3” insulation on our 19-story waterfront building. Despite the scale and complexity, their team completed the job in just 30 working days, all while maintaining a safe and organized worksite.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and the efficiency of the entire process. I would highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries for any large-scale roofing project.

We are very pleased with Commercial Roofing. From start to finish it was a very professional experience. They finished our new roof ahead of schedule even with some rain delays. They were responsive and communicative. Their workers on site were polite and respectful. I would highly recomend Commercial Roofing. Kelly & Ed are knowledgeable & professional

CRI is a great company to work with. They were very communicative and always came when they promised. Our roof looks great. It was an extensive 16,000 sf job they did which included crickets, scupper installations and downspouts. It was a pleasure dealing with Kelly and Ed.

HOA Recommendation for CRI – Ocean Place at Silver Beach, 3236 NE 5th St, Pompano Beach

Our 8-story boutique building, located directly across from the beachfront, recently underwent a full roof replacement. The scope of the project was extensive and complex, involving the removal of tile and the replacement of multiple underlying layers down to the membrane.

The roof system itself was uniquely challenging, featuring four pergolas, HVAC areas on both the east and west sides designated for individual units, two storage rooms, and private rooftop spaces on the southwest and northwest corners of the building.

In addition to the roof replacement, several critical components had to be addressed: the replacement of drain pipes, installation of new flashing, and repairs to the carport roof on the east side. This work required careful coordination between three separate vendors, including teams responsible for the main HVAC systems and drainage assemblies.

Kelly O’Brien and Ed Murton, founders of CRI and seasoned professionals in the roofing industry, rose to the challenge with professionalism and dedication. They remained accessible throughout the project, maintained clear and consistent communication, and kept our HOA informed every step of the way.

Additional waterproofing work was needed in two storage rooms and the stairwell leading to the main elevator, including the stairs and flooring. CRI’s crew handled these tasks with care and precision. They were professional, courteous, maintained a clean work environment, and ensured that the project passed city inspection without issue.

We are extremely pleased with the results. CRI has stood by their work and provided a guarantee should any issues arise in the future. We highly recommend CRI for their outstanding craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to quality.

I recently hired Commercial Roofing Industries for a full roof replacement of our community of 8 buildings. I couldn't have been happier with the experience Kelly and his team provided. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and transparent about the process. The estimator arrived on time, answered all my questions, and provided a clear and detailed quote.

The crew was punctual, respectful of the community, and worked efficiently. They completed the project ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. The quality of workmanship is excellent — the roofs look fantastic and has already held up through several heavy storms (1 of them a 100 year storm!!) without a problem. There was over 100,000 sq. ft. in total and the job was completed in 4 months!!!!

What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and communication. They kept me updated at every stage, and the site was left spotless once the job was done. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy roofing company that delivers top-quality results, I highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries. I would definitely use their services again in the future!
