HOA Recommendation for CRI – Ocean Place at Silver Beach, 3236 NE 5th St, Pompano BeachOur 8-story boutique building, located directly across from the beachfront, recently underwent a full roof replacement. The scope of the project was extensive and complex, involving the removal of tile and the replacement of multiple underlying layers down to the membrane.The roof system itself was uniquely challenging, featuring four pergolas, HVAC areas on both the east and west sides designated for individual units, two storage rooms, and private rooftop spaces on the southwest and northwest corners of the building.In addition to the roof replacement, several critical components had to be addressed: the replacement of drain pipes, installation of new flashing, and repairs to the carport roof on the east side.
