Kairos Roofing did a great job on my home. They was prompt and very communicative. Gabriel Cuevas helped me thru the whole process and always answered and text any questions I had. We purchased our 1959 home in 2016 and dealt with several roof leaks over the years. In November 2025, we had a serious leak above our bathroom that made it clear we needed a complete roof replacement rather than another repair.From the beginning, Kairos Roofing made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. Nathan G., our salesman, walked me through all the options and helped us decide on a metal standing seam roof. We also opted to replace all the facia board and install new gutters.Once we signed the contract, construction began in January 2026. Yani, our project coordinator, was incredibly nice and patient, answering all my questions throughout the process. Erich, the foreman, made sure every concern I had was addressed promptly.The crews were impressively efficient. Within a single day, they had the old roof completely removed and new underlayment installed. They were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each day. Within a week, another crew arrived to install the metal roof, and I was amazed watching them fabricate each panel on-site to ensure a perfect fit. They even gave me time to paint the new facia board before the gutter installation crew came out.As someone going through a roof replacement for the first time, I can't recommend Kairos Roofing enough. They guided me through everything and made the entire experience easy. Excellent work and customer service!
We had several roofing recommendations, but we decided to go with Kairos. We are so glad we did! Everyone was so professional. Carlos, the sales rep, was informative and very pleasant. We had a quote from another company and Carlos made a call and they matched the price. Kairos stood out from the moment they set up. They were meticulous making sure that everything around our home, and neighbors homes, was protected. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. Kris and Norma were amazing!! Kris would stop by to make sure everything was going smoothly, and they both communicated with us throughout the phases of the installation, and updated us with pictures. We have the best looking home on our block!
I did my research, and talked to friends of mine who were also looking for a new roof. Some of us made the right decision and chose Kairos Roofing. Matt, their sales rep, was very thorough and went over all of the fine details. His presentation is what convinced me to go with Kairos. After that, the communications was excellent between Yani and the project supervisor, Mike. We were all in a group chat. All my questions and concerns were addressed and they worked within the guidelines of the HOA and the city of Coral Springs. Kairos, also knew about, and assisted with paperwork, so I could qualify for the My Safe Florida Home assistance. Most of all, the quality of the roof and materials, the speed of installation, and all the follow up communications, convinced me I made the right choice! My other friends were equally happy with their installations. Kairos Roofing, is the real deal and competitively priced, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
