After reading many online reviews to find a trusted roofing contractor, we contacted Superior Built Roofing to assess the condition of our roof prior to listing our home for sale. Nathan came out the same day and provided photos and an honest assessment and we appreciated that he did not seek to oversell us. A few months later, we faced roof inspection issues at our new home and so we again contacted Nathan. He reviewed the inspection reports we had received and sent his team the next day to perform an assessment. Ultimately, repairs were necessary and we hired Superior Built Roofing. This review is long overdue, but timely nonetheless as we just roll into another hurricane season. We had some minor roof damage after Milton rolled over our house last year. I called several roof companies the day after the storm, and the ONLY company that answered the phone and I could actually speak to someone was Superior Built Roofing! I spoke to Joe, who scheduled a site visit/estimate with Adam the next day! Adam arrived the next day as promised, gave me an estimate, and had someone at our house within 2 days. Adam was fantastic to work with, communicated every step of the way, and was very responsive. All of this may seem "routine," but in today's world of dying customer service, Super Built's service was nothing short of perfection and at a very reasonable price! The other incredible part of this story ... Superior Built is based out of Fort Myers and our house is in Parrish! They came and took care of business even with a 1.5 hour drive for the work! Joe, Adam, and their team took care of us at a time when we needed them most during a very busy time for them, given the amount of roof damage following 3 major storms. We couldn't have asked for better service and very highly recommend Superior Built Roofing. You won't be disappointed!
Incredible customer service and pride of workmanship. Quality can be viewed in many terms. Superior Built Roofing nailed (Pun Intended) every possible description of SUPERIOR quality. Nathan provided SUPERIOR customer service, SUPERIOR product (Owens Corning), and SUPERIOR workmanship from his crew. I never seen, met , or heard the roofing crew. They literally tore off my old roof and replaced a new one in one day. As a Realtor I do get plenty of opportunities to deal with many contractors. Superior Built Roofing is at the top of my list. Highly recommend.
